多剤耐性菌情報一覧に戻る

　ニューデリー・メタロ-β-ラクタマーゼ1（NDM-1）産生多剤耐性菌が海外で報告されています。
これは、大腸菌や肺炎桿菌などの腸内細菌科の細菌において、カルバペネムを含む広範囲の抗菌薬に耐性を示すもので、これまで国内では報告されておりませんが、厚生労働省から、国内での発生に備え、平成22年8月18日に、検査方法や対応についての情報提供が行われました。
